As an NRA Pistol Instructor, Range Safety Officer, and Certified Maryland Handgun and Utah Concealed Firearm Instructor, Jay empowers responsible firearm ownership and usage. Holding permits to carry from multiple states, including Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Utah, Jay is a trusted figure in public safety and is the Chief Instructor at RS Shooting Sports.
